The Ruins of Tropicalia is part of a much larger world. When reading TROT, you may or may not have noticed hyperlinks within some sections. Some connected you to songs by The Amends and some connected to the stories compiled below. All five stories you see here are standalone works, but they also have direct ties to the events and characters of TROT. Feel free to read them in any order you like.  Click on the appropriate image to take you to the various options for reading (Kindle, ePub, PDF, plain text, etc.). Except for the bottom one. You're on your own there...

A Beginning
of The End

Picture
An earlier adventure of Sam Merard and some unwelcome visitors.

The Flood
Before

Picture
A sort of fairy tale with direct connections to the reality revealed at the end of TROT.

The Fifth
Picture

Picture
A dark story about one of TROT's characters' brother; also takes place in Central America

This Building Is
An Aquarium

Picture
The story of Liz's sister who lives in an aquarium, and also the end of the world.

This Building Is A Starship

Picture
The accounts of three people involved in The Disappearance. They are partially right but partially--quite understandably--insane.
